Do you have a refund policy?
We don't refund or exchange.
we do replace if there is any damage or defect on the CDs. My CD was damaged on shipping or its not
working properly If your CD is damaged or not
working we will replace a new CD. Our replacement policy is you have to contact us within
30 day from shipping date we will not take responsibility if you damage the CD after you
start using (CD fails to read due to scratches made by customer)
How do I listen to the sample mp3 files?
To listen to the songs first you have to
download the song to your computer,
To start downloading click the downloading icon, Arrow showing down
 on song list.
When you click the download icon you will see a windows pop up
screen
select "save this file to disk" and click
"OK" you will see another pop up screen, Now
you can place the file where you want to save on your hard drive and click "Save".
When download is completed if you have a default mp3 player
as WinAmp or any other players you can start playing the downloaded file by double
clicking
the file.
Note: Downloading may take time all our mp3 files are
over 4.5MB. 56k modem will take
20min approximately to complete downloading all depends on your
Internet speed.
Do I need to use any player Software to
listen on my Computer?
Yes you have to use a player software to listen mp3 songs on your computer
we recommend you to use WinAmp Player, We include player on our mp3 audio CDs
but if you want to listen to sample mp3 songs before buying CDs you can
download the player at http://www.winamp.com Can I use my normal CD player to play mp3
CDs? You cant play mp3 CDs on every normal audio
CD players. Mp3 file is different from normal audio file, Mp3 audio file is compressed 10
times from regular audio file (.wav) and its equal quality to regular audio CD. All our
Mp3 CDs can be played on computer and Mp3 supporting audio players. Currently
there are many CD players and DVD players Support playing Mp3 CDs check your player
operation manual if your player supports Mp3 format. |
